In terms of pay, E-4 service members can expect to earn a base salary of approximately $2,330.40 per month if they have less than two years of experience. However, if they have at least six years of experience, their monthly pay will increase to approximately $2,829, an increase of about $500. This pay increase is intended to recognize the increased responsibility and experience that E-4 service members have gained over the years. It is important to note that this is just a base salary and does not include any additional pay or benefits that service members may be eligible for, such as housing allowances or hazardous duty pay.
